Annie Hawkins was born September 18, 1958 to the late Elizabeth and Ransom Hawkins, Sr. She departed her life April 17, 2023 at the age of 64.

Annie was baptized at an early age and joined Ashley Grove Baptist Church. Annie graduated high school and became a nurse. She enjoyed working with and taking care of people for over 30 years. Annie's favorite past time was spending time with her kids and grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Ransom Hawkins, Sr.; her sons, Jordan E. Hawkins, and Earnest Augusta Hawkins; her grandson, Jordan E. Hawkins, Jr.; her brothers, Jessie Hawkins, George Hawkins, James Hawkins, and Ransom Hawkins, Jr.; her sister, Alice Mae Hargrove.  Annie leaves precious memories with children, Justin Antonio Hawkins, Aretina Bonita Hawkins (Lanorris Cheek) and Carlton Green; three stepkids, Maurice Thomas (Pam), Avice Thomas Burchett (Ronnie) and Ricky Drumgold; grandchildren, LaJorrius Hawkins, Ja'Nyla Hawkins, Sha'myla Hawkins, Ken'Niyah Hawkins, Ke'Nique Hawkins, Enusynt Hawkins, Earnest Augusta Hawkins, Jr., Akayla Hawkins, Egypt Hawkins, Brianna Hawkins; two great grandchildren, Serenity Hawkins and Jayceon Hargrove, one sister, Patricia Hawkins; brothers, Samuel Hawkins, Johnny Hawkins, Glen Hawkins, and Lynn Hawkins; a special friend, Orlando Bullock; special son-in-law, Lanorris Cheek; special cousin/sister, Hre Ogene UKU Coleman; godsons, Charles Hayes, Steven Ragland, Alex Trowbridge, Donte Wortham, TeCorey Hester, and Harry Cheek; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Masks are required for the service.
