Raymond Kelly was born on November 6, 1933 to the late Cornelius Kelly and Annie Bell Thorpe Kelly in Vance County. He departed this life on September 7, 2020 at Universal Healthcare in Oxford, North Carolina.
He leaves to cherish his memories; two sisters, Helen Kelly Royster and Lillie Mae Kelly Peace both of Henderson, North Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
